- Gives you the tools necessary to assess the CPA’s practice and identify potential revenue growth.
- Explains recommended strategies and tactics to use on CPAs that focus on the promotion of their expanded services, marketing to their internal client base, attracting new client relationships, and expanding revenue sources.
- Teaches you how to develop a quality Action Plan that the CPA will quickly be able to implement and follow.
